As I said above, you will need a second, independent FREE website to make your new Multi-Links marketing system work. In addition to housing your own Multi-Links set-up manual and rotator, it allows you to add your own banners and special links to enhance your marketing program to other income opportunities.

As you know, the Wisemule program, like most Internet businesses, gives you an instant, free 'replicated' website to help you build your downline. It is a great recruiting tool and provides you with necessary training information, downline statistics, personal records, etc.

What it doesn't do is allow you make changes: to add your own banners, links, photos or text. Any change made to one member's site will automatically appear on every other member's pages.

But the ability to make changes is an absolute must if you are going to be truly successful online.     Step 1

    The first thing you must do is build that second website completely separate from your Wiseoldmule site. That is because your Multi-Links program will contain usernames and numbers that are completely different from those of every other member and cannot be replicated by Wiseoldmule.

    There are a number of companies that offer free sites, but I've used Tripod for years and like it for its site-building tools and simplicity.

    Just go to tripod.com and register without cost. It is very simple and completely self-explanatory so I won't bore you with the registration details. (you can't use any other site because we need to link to Tripod from your Wiseoldmule site).

    When you've registered, Tripod will send you an email with details of your registration. Print it out and put it in a 3-ring binder labeled "Multi-Links".

  • Go to the members-only area of your Wiseoldmule site and click the "Personal Info" button. Type your TRIPOD USERNAME into the "Tripod ID" field, enter your Wiseoldmule password and click the "Submit Query" button.

    Now you are ready to start setting up your Multi-Links Recruiting System.

      Step 2

      The Wisemule Multi-Link promotion system will drive more visitors to your website than any other method... including bulk email. It might take you a bit of time (as much as 36 hours) to get the system set up, but once you have it running, you'll find it works with ultimate simplicity to bring unlimited numbers of prospects to your website!

      The MULTI-LINKS traffic system utilizes a large number of highly effective Traffic Generating programs to drive hundreds of thousands of visitors to your Wisemule website. When you have learned how to combine them and work them all at the same time, you will be very happy...and very rich!

      This manual contains complete step-by-step set-up instructions and I really don't expect you to have any problems getting your Multi-Links Recruiter up and running.       You will be asked by some of the programs you are going to be registering with, what URL you want to promote.       The Wiseoldmule and Multi-Links will bring you money from all over the world!

      Step 3 - Registering for FREE Services

      The next thing you are going to do is register for a few "StartPage" programs. These programs put other members' pages into your Browser window whenever you open it up. In return, your Wiseoldmule web page opens up in someone else's browser window.

      The bottom line is that the more often you open a new browser window, the more people you have viewing your website! Pretty slick, huh? If you open 8 pages each minute, in one hour you will generate 240 hits to your own website if the program has a 2:1 hits ratio.

      Because the hits ratio of Startpage programs vary from 2:1 to 6:1, it is important to use only the best of them. For that reason, we recommend that that you only register (free) in a few select programs with special features that give them an advantage over the rest (See your Daily Activities Guide for more information on program selection). Once you are registered with them I'll show you how to set up a rotator that will give them turns in your Browser's opening window.

      This way you have a larger variety of programs to look at, but it also exposes your web page to many more people...many of whom will want to investigate your Wiseoldmule offer.

      What to do: Register (free) with the recommended programs

      Remember to stay focused during this part of the system setup! You will save a lot of time and keep the procedure simple.

      If you are already a member of one or more, of the programs below, log in to them, go to your account page and ensure that your Wiseoldmule URL is properly entered.

      Always try to use the same ID and password. It will help you avoid confusion and save you time trying to find lost passwords in the future.

      Open up Notepad and make separate lists of all the referrer and User IDs that you get when you register for the Multi_links affiliate programs. You will need to have them all handy for the final step of this project. Cut and paste assures accuracy, but you may prefer to just write them down. If you do, be very careful that you copy them EXACTLY as they appear, or they won't work.

      Click on each of the following links in turn and complete the registration process. It is simple and won't take a lot of time. When registering, however, some of them will ask if you want to make them your start page. The answer is "No", because the next thing you will be doing is to set up a 'rotator' that will make each of them your browser's start page in turn. Some of the programs might stall here, requiring you to say "Yes". Go ahead for now, they will be changed again when you set up your rotator.

      Now that you have registered in all of these programs, we need to set up your home page (startpage) rotator.

      Step 4 - Modifying the /Rotator HTML Code

      Scroll down through the html file in the box below until you find the NoMoreHits code then change the User code from mine to the one emailed to you when you registered in that program (do NOT use the referrer code unless specifically told by the confirmation email to do so). Repeat for the other programs, replacing all the user links with your own.

      Make sure you change the user name or number to yours (but nothing else) for each Traffic Program.

      Step 5 - Putting your Rotator to Work for you!

      When all changes have been made, highlight everything in the text box above and copy it to your clipboard (press Ctrl and C on your keyboard at the same time).

      Now open your Windows' NotePad program and paste it in (press Ctrl-V). You will need to save the file as rotate.html. The steps are easy.

      Working in the NotePad window,

      1. Click "File" in the top menu line of the window.
      2. Select "Save as".
      3. When the Save Web Page box appears, click the down arrow in the "Save in" field and select your C drive.
      4. Go to the end of the list names and click an empty space in the list box.
      5. Select "new" (Just move your mouse cursor across the little pictures of a file folder (icons)until you see the words "Create New Folder".)
      6. Click on that one and a new folder will appear in the box with the name "New Folder" highlighted
      7. Type "Multi-Links" and press "Enter" to rename it.
      8. Double click the new Multi-Links folder and the folder opens up with a blank screen
      9. Type 'rotate.html' in the "File name" field
      10. Set the "Save as type" field to "All Files".
      11. Click "Save"

      Great! You have just created a file called rotate.html in a folder named Multi-Links on the main drive (C) of your computer.

      Now, back on the Internet, log in to Tripod.com using your Tripod username and password, click on the blue tab "Build", then click on "File Manager" and locate the "Upload via" box. Click the down arrow and highlight "Single Files (8)".

      A new screen will open with 8 Browse boxes. Click any one of them and find the "rotate.html" file that you just saved to your hard drive. Click once, so it is highlighted, then click "Open". When the file name appears in the file box, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the upload button.

      Close Tripod.

      Go to the top Toolbar of your browser (that starts "File", "Edit" ... ) and set the 'Home page' to http://YourUserName.tripod.com/rotate.html (where YourUserName is your Tripod Username). In Internet Explorer, click "Tools", then "Internet Options". In Netscape, go to "Edit", "Preferences", "Navigator".

      Now when you open your browser you are automatically working NoMoreHits, EzyTraffic, TrafficWave, and the other StartPage programs. Whenever you open your browser, hit 'Refresh' or 'Home' a few times to reload the pages and earn some extra hits.

        Step 6 - Open For Business! Setting up your Tripod website.

        I've still got a 20 mule-train load of good stuff to give you for your super start-up, but if you are like me, you want to get started Q - W - I - K quick! (Not to mention the fact that some of you don't have the time to do this all at once.) So let's go ahead and get your website ready to bring in some business, then we'll get back to how to get the rest of that traffic rollin in.

        All you have to do now, is upload everything to your Tripod Website and replace my referrer IDs with your own IDs in the HTML code in this document. (That's all???!!!) Yep! Don't worry, it's still easy!

        With this booklet open in your browser,

        1. Click "File" in the top menu line,
        2. Select "Save as".
        3. When the Save Web Page box appears, click the down arrow in the "Save in" field and select your C drive.
        4. Double click the new Multi-Links folder where you saved your 'rotate.html' file.
        5. Type 'MLindex.html' in the "File name" field
        6. Click "Save"

        You have just created a file called index.html in your folder named Multi-Links on the main drive (C) of your computer.

        You are now ready to get your new Tripod site fully operational!

        1. To ensure that the graphics on your page will work properly, you must upload the two images from this page to your Tripod site. But, before you can upload them, you have to copy them into the Multi-Links folder (directory) on your hard drive.

        2. So, right click on the Multi-Links banner at the top of this page, then select "save image as" and copy the file to your Multi-Links directory. Do the same with the Cash image. (That's the little picture of money just before Step 3.)

          Then next thing you need to do is put the Flash Movie in the same directory. To do that, just click here and save the file as "mool.swf" in your Multi-links directory.

        3. Now, as you did when you uploaded rotate.html, go to Tripod.com and log in, using your Tripod username and password.

        4. Click on Build, then File Manager.

        5. Now, click the arrow in the 'Upload Via' box and select 'single files (8)'. A new screen with 8 upload boxes will appear.

        6. Click the 'browse' button in any box and select the multi-link directory on your computer's hard drive. Highlight the MLindex.html file then type index.html into the "rename" field, and check the "Allow Overwrite" box. Then click another browse button and select multilinks3.jpg. Click two more Browse buttons to select cash.jpg and the mool.swf movie. Now scroll to the bottom of the page and click upload.

        7. Close the upload screen and there should now be five files listed in your Tripod main directory, MLindex.html, rotate.html, cash.jpg, mool.swf and multilinks3.jpg.

        8. Click the box beside the index.html file and select the "edit" button.

        9. In order for the pictures to function properly within the document, you need to add the graphic names to the HTML code. To do that scroll down until you see the movie code. You'll see a couple of mool.swf's in it. Just below that is an <HR width=350> and immdiately below that is: <P><IMG height=77 src="MLindex_files/multilinks.jpg"

          remove MLindex_file/ from that line, leaving everything else including the quotation marks.

          Now continue down the page quite a ways, a littl more than six paragraphs past Step 2 (Paragraphs start with <P>) Until you see a relatively clear spot starting with <TABLE width=500>

          Three lines later is: <TD><A><IMG src="MLindex_files/cash.jpg"

          Once again, remove MLindex_files/ leaving everything else intact.

          Using the main scroll bar, go back up the page and hit the "save" button.

          That wasn't so hard, was it? Wanna see your page now? Just click the file "index.html" and WOW! Your own personal money-making machine!

          Good work! Give yourself a pat on the back!

            Step 7 - Changing ID Codes.

            Okay, stop admiring your website for a few more minutes, we have a little more to do!

            Once you have your own Multi-Links recruiting system in operation, it is very important to provide the same opportunity to your prospects and recruits. However, it is even more important that they register in these affiliate programs using your referrer ID, so you get credit from their efforts as well as your own!

            It is necessary, therefor, to ensure that every single link in the program is changed from mine to yours. This is the final step that ensures your new prospects have everything they need - including your links - to set up their Multi-Links system properly, and help increase their own and your website traffic.

            Remember how you went into the html panel above and changed the ID codes for your "rotate" file? This is just that simple! You are going into that very same html file, only this time it isn't in the panel above, it is in your Tripod web page. So, if you haven't already, close out the preview window. Your Tripod window is already in the "Edit" section, so use your scroll bars on the right and scroll down a ways looking at what is written.

            The screen might look blank at first, but as you scroll down you'll start to see the file. If you put that scroll bar marker just about exactly halfway down that scroll bar, you will see the section that looks just about exactly like what you saw in your "rotate" file. Surprise! It is! Exactly, I mean. That is the actual section of code that appeared in that panel, and you will see that it has your own ID codes already in place from when you entered them in the panel.

            Now, scroll slowly back UP and you will see another section that is almost identical (under Step 3). Remember when you saw the list of sites where you went to register? Remember they were blue, and they were "Links" that you could click on and go straight to the other site? Well, these are the codes that were hidden under those blue "Links" that made them 'link', so to speak! and HERE you will notice, the ID codes have not yet been changed! Carefully go in just like you did in the panel for the "rotate" file, delete just my ID codes, and enter your own.

            That's it! Go to the top of the screen and click on "Save" - and be sure and wait for that button to come all the way back up so you don't lose your changes!

            Now is a good time to check your webpage again to make sure all your links are in the files...not mine... and make sure all the graphics and movie are working. Just hit the "Preview" button again and a web page just like this one should open up in a new browser window. Scroll down and check the looks of everything, then put your mouse cursor over each program name in Step 3 and make sure that your user ID appears on the very bottom line of the browser window. If it does, you are all set to start surfing and making money!

              Step 8 - Back to Traffic Flow - Registering in the Surf4hits programs.

              There is another kind of Hit exchange program that is proving to be very effective in bringing people to your website. Surf4hits programs are very similar to startpage programs, except you have to open them up individually...and are often required to log in before you start surfing.

              As with the startpage programs, every time you or one of your downline, surfs to one of the following FREE Surf For Hits websites, you earn more hits on your own website.

              What to do: Register (free) with the recommended programs

              Follow-up: Surf member sites 1 - 2 hours a day.
              Cost: Nothing

              Click on each of the program links below and register as an affiliate. If you are already a registered member of one or more, that is okay. Find your "referrer" ID from that program and keep it handy for the next couple of steps.

              Step 9 - Registering in the "Opt-in" programs.

              Some Opt-in programs send you fresh, spam-free email lists every day. You can use these lists safely and profitably, to get thousands more visitors to visit your website. Most, provide a service that lets you send send emails to all members directly from a provided web-site.

              The problem with the latter service is that your mail-box will be flooded with counter-offers every day. You might read the odd one, but you will probably end up deleting most without even looking to them.

              That's what everybody does!

              However, it is strange but true that everybody gets hooked the odd time. Some interesting subject line will attract their attention and they'll actually joins somebody's program! Wouldn't it be great if it happened to be your subject-line, and your program, that got them?

              What am I trying to tell you? I guess I am saying that Opt-in advertising is well worth the effort....so long as it's FREE...and you have a stand-out subject line and an exciting offer!

              I strongly advise you to concentrate a great deal of your working time to them. You have nothing to lose...and everything to gain.

              There is just one caveat: make sure you do not give your main email address for anything but admin purposes else your in-box will be flooded with emails every day!.

              As before, click on each of the program links below and register as an affiliate. If you are already a registered member of one or more, that is okay. Find your "referrer" ID from that program and keep it handy for the next couple of steps. PLEASE NOTE: I meant it when I said you will be flooded with offers every day. You do NOT want to use your main email address when you register with "Opt-Ins". Set up some secondary email addresses to receive these offers.

              One last note: sending out e-mails daily or weekly to multiple opt-in lists can be a tedious chore. But there is a new software program called "Traffic Attractor" that will send out emails to all members of hundreds of lists - automatically - for you in a matter of seconds every day.

              If you haven't already done so, click step 2 of the "Easy Start Menu" in your member-only area and start setting up the Traffic Attractor demo right away. Once you have it set up, load the above lists into it and start sending out promotion emails right away!

              Step 10 - Finishing up your Tripod Website.

              Congratulations! You are nearly finished setting up your Multi-Links traffic building system now.

              Remember, it is extremely critical that your team registers in these affiliate programs using your referrer ID, so you get credit from their efforts as well as your own! So, just like we did in Step 7 above,

              1. Take your list of referral IDs from the programs in Step 8 and the Opt-Ins from Step 9,

              2. Go into your Tripod "File Manager"

              3. Mark your "index.html" file and hit "Edit"

              4. Scroll down to the program lists from Step 8 and Step 9 and carefully change the ID codes to your own.

              5. BE SURE TO SAVE YOUR CHANGES!

              Take an extra minute or two to check your webpage one last time. Just hit the "Preview" button and make sure everything looks okay and there are no "missing links"! Run your cursor across each program name and make sure that your user ID appears on the very bottom line of the browser window. If it does, you are good to go!

              REMEMBER! It is critical that you be diligent, especially these first few weeks, and spend several hours every day following up on your click-thrus and your Opt-In programs! The more people who see your product, the more money you will make! Your Multi-Link traffic building money machine is primed and ready!

              Congratulations on your great work! You are well on your way to spectacular success with your WiseOldMule program! You will find things a bit slow at first, but if you spend a couple of hours every day, surfing and opening new browser windows, within a couple of weeks you will see the excitement start to build. Within six months you should be very well off indeed!
